YIC Technologies have a range of EM scanner products that help comanies map the electromacnetic radiation emitted by their products. We worked on the sofrware that controls these products, processes the measurements, and provides a user interface.

• We took this software from a legacy version that was not market-ready to a version that was ready for market and for further development.
• We developed a new embedded controller board based on PIC32 microcontroller to  replace the old controller, enhancing it with network communication capability. 
• We added a robotic arm interface for more detailed and specific measurements.

YIC Technologies is now successfully marketing these products and we are working with them to provide further maintenance and development of new features.

We produced a bespoke agent-based modelling software for an academic research project that investigated the economic mechanisms of political microtargeting through online platforms.

This project involved taking a mathematical formulation of a game-theoretic algorithm and using it to produce software that simulated the theoretical environment the academic was interested in.
